The Dakota Cabinet Factory is beautifully hand painted and weathered. It is constructed mainly of wood and stands sturdily on a rigid platform. This O scale building is full of unsurpassed detail such as a realistic-looking coal heap and sawdust on the rooftops. Other details include a storage shed, lumber, crates, trees, workers and Jack the German Shepherd.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. A power cable is not included. Several trim pieces are broken off and not included. Spots of glue residue and build-up are visible where the trim pieces used to be. Various sections of the building show scratches and spots of paint loss. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Very Good.
