Position Summary

A fast-growing Buford-based E-Commerce company has an opening for a full-time motivated inventory analyst. The inventory analyst unloads, sorts and assigns relevance to inbound merchandise including both new and collectible items. The inbound clerk position is responsible for quickly adhering to current systems and processes while gaining knowledge of the industry to meet daily metrics. All training will be provided on-site. This is a challenging but rewarding job that could provide a genuine opportunity for career advancement for the right candidate.

Requirements

A candidate for this position *must*:

• Be detail-oriented, organized and highly motivated
• Have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Internet Research
• Have the ability to think outside the box
• Be a naturally energetic, fast-moving person
• Be able to repetitively lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift larger packages up to 60 pounds
• Be willing to perform daily warehouse cleaning and organizing tasks
• Have a flexible “can-do” attitude and be willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks
• Have the ability to work for long periods of time on your feet
• Be looking for a full-time permanent position
• Have Excellent typing and grammar skills
• Be able to meet both production goals and quarterly metrics
• Be able to pass our drug-free workplace screening
• Be a US Citizen or legally able to work in the US

In addition, any of the following would be considered beneficial:

• Have a degree in English, Copy writing or have equivalent experience.
• Have previous experience writing product descriptions for on-line sales
• Having intimate knowledge of model train products (Hey we can dream, right!)
