This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The bell has come loose and will need to be reattached. there are a couple of light scratches and rub marks on both the locomotive and tender. Additionally, a few light paint chips are present on the sides and edges of both items. Wheels and pickups show light signs of wear from previous use. The instruction manual is not included.
