This is Lionel 6-11264 Pennsylvania K4 #1361 Legacy O. Pennsylvania LEGACY scale 4-6-2 K-4 #1361. K4 pacific locomotive. The premier passenger locomotives of the Pennsylvania Railroad, K4 steamers kept pace with the larger locomotives of the competition for almost four decades. Now the K4s are offered in the original Prewar and modified Postwar versions, as distinguished by the construction of the pilot.
