This is a spectacular MTH 20-3025-1 O Gauge Southern Pacific 4-8-8-2 Cab Forward Steam Locomotive & Tender w/PS I #4126 made in 1998. Features include a high performance pittman motor, an operating protosmoke system, a remote controlled protocoupler and it is equipped with protosound digital sound package with freight yard sounds designed by QSI.
This locomotive does not include DCS (Digital Command System) features because it has ProtoSound 1.0. Only locomotives with ProtoSound 2.0 and ProtoSound 3.0 include DCS functions.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The front wheelset is loose and may need reinforcement before it falls off. The wiring is visible. There are a few spots of of pitting throughout the die-cast construction. The hand rails are slightly bent in a few spots. The wheels & pickups show wear, tarnish, and dirt residue from previous use. This model is pretty dusty from previous use or storage. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. This item has not been tested and is being sold As-Is. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
